初孕人工流产与再孕前置胎盘发生的关系研究

To explore the relationship between first trimester induced abortion and re pregnancy placenta previa

目的:探究初产人工流产与再孕前置胎盘发生的相关性。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月选取分娩初产妇1250例,统计人工流产次数、流产与再孕时间间隔情况,分析初孕人工流产与再孕前置胎盘发生的相关性。结果:人工流产次数越多,再孕发生前置胎盘概率越大,人工流产次数≥3次产妇前置胎盘发生率显著高于人工流产0、1、2次产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人工流产与再孕间隔时间越短,发生前置胎盘概率越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初孕人工流产是再孕前置胎盘的高危因素,流产次数越多、与再孕间隔时间越短,发生前置胎盘风险越高。

Objective:To explore the relationship between first trimester induced abortion and re pregnancy placenta previa.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,1250 primiparas were selected,we analyzed the frequency of induced abortion,the interval between abortion and second pregnancy,and the relationship between first trimester induced abortion and re pregnancy placenta previa.Results:The more induced abortion,the greater the probability of placenta previa,the incidence of placenta previa in women with more than 3 times of induced abortion was significantly higher than in women with 0,1 and 2 times of induced abortion,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shorter the interval between induced abortion and second pregnancy,the higher the probability of placenta previa,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Induced abortion in the first trimester is a high risk factor of placenta previa in the second trimester.The higher the number of miscarriages and the shorter the interval between miscarriage and second pregnancy,the higher the risk of placenta previa.
