To analyze one case of patient with right ureter stone complicated with uremic sepsis and put forward intervention measures and monitor them.Through the clinical pharmacists to provide individualized pharmaceutical care,timely grasp the timing of drug administration and reduce ladder to shorten the medication course.Clinical pharmacists participate in the design of anti-infection treatment plan,which is conducive to promoting safe and rational use of drugs.
