介入治疗下消化道出血临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of interventional therapy on lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的:探讨介入治疗下消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治下消化道出血患者100例,均接受介入治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:100例患者治疗后发现血管发育不良66例,肿瘤17例,隐匿性原因不明出血17例。实施栓塞治疗后,出现轻度血管发育不良12例,进行垂体后叶素止血治疗;因栓塞治疗效果欠佳接受手术治疗4例,均符合手术指征;因癌变晚期接受栓塞及化疗治疗4例。结论:在下消化道出血患者治疗过程中实施介入治疗方法,可起到良好的止血效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of interventional therapy on lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,and they all received interventional treatment.We observed the treatment effect.Results:After treatment,66 cases were vascular dysplasia,17 cases were tumor and 17 cases were occult bleeding of unknown cause.After embolization,there were 12 cases of mild vascular dysplasia,they were treated with pituitrin.Because of the poor effect of embolization,4 cases were treated by operation,all of them were in accordance with the indication of operation.Four patients were treated with embolization and chemotherapy in the late stage of cancer.Conclusion:In the treatment of lower gastrointestinal bleeding,interventional therapy can play a good role in hemostasis.
