To discuss the surveillance,diagnosis,treatment of 1 case of polio vaccine low variant strain virus and strategies for preventing the occurrence of polio vaccine low variant strain virus cases.According to the case investigation,vaccination related information,clinical diagnosis,treatment and polio laboratory virus detection,the data were analyzed.The monitoring,diagnosis and treatment of the cases of low variation strains of polio vaccine still need to be improved.It is necessary to strictly grasp the contraindications of live attenuated polio vaccine typeⅠ+Ⅲ,further improve the strategy of polio eradication immunization,and prevent the occurrence of the cases of low variation strains of polio vaccine.
