晕平方联合前庭康复训练对慢性主观性头晕的治疗效果研究

Therapeutic effect of yunping recipe combined with vestibular rehabilitation training on chronic subjective dizziness

目的:评价晕平方联合前庭康复训练治疗肝阳上亢型慢性主观性头晕(CSD)的临床疗效。方法:2017年12月-2018年12月收治CSD患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。两组患者均给予心理疏导及前庭康复功能训练方法治疗,观察组加用晕平方治疗,对照组服用强力定眩片,两组治疗期均为6周。两组分别于治疗前及治疗后第3、6周采用眩晕残障程度量表(DHI)及医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)指数评分的下降率进行疗效评定。结果:观察组HADS及DHI总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:晕平方联合前庭康复训练可明显改善肝阳上亢型CSD患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of yunping recipe combined with vestibular rehabilitation training on chronic subjective dizziness(CSD)of liver with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods:100 CSD patients were selected from December 2017 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.All of them provided psychological therapy and vestibular rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with decoction of yunping recipe,and the control group was treated with qianglidingxuan tablet,the treatment period was 6 weeks.Before the treatment and at the 3rd and 6th weeks after the treatment,the two groups were assessed with the vertigo disability scale(DHI)and hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The total effective rates of anxiety scale and vertigo scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yunping recipe combined with vestibular rehabilitation training can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of CSD patients with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver yang.
