慢肝补阴胶囊治疗肝肾阴虚型慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

Clinical study of mangan buyin capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver kidney yin deficiency

目的:探讨慢肝补阴胶囊治疗肝肾阴虚型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年7月-2019年8月收治肝肾阴虚型慢性乙型肝炎患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组口服慢肝补阴胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后HBV-DNA计数、中医证候积分及肝损伤程度改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢肝补阴胶囊治疗肝肾阴虚型慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mangan buyin capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver kidney yin deficiency.Methods:80 patients with chronic hepatitis B with liver kidney yin deficiency were selected from July 2018 to August 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine therapy and the treatment group was treated with liver kidney yin deficiency.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the HBV-DNA count,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and the improvement of liver damage were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mangan buyin capsule is effective in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver kidney yin deficiency.
