晚期消化道肿瘤患者应用中医辨证治疗的疗效研究

The curative effect of dialectical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效。方法:2016年5月-2018年5月收治晚期消化道肿瘤患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组采用对症方法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中医辨证治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗晚期消化道肿瘤患者,能显著提高治疗效果及患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of dialectical treatment of advanced digestive tract tumor with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:126 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were selected from May 2016 to May 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group received symptomatic treatment,the observation group received symptomatic treatment and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors can significantly improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
