双源CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的价值分析

The value of dual source CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的:分析双源CT冠状动脉成像(DSCT)诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年4月收治疑似冠心病患者75例,均采用DSCT进行检查,同时以冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果为金标准,对DSCT检查结果进行分析。结果:DSCT诊断冠状动脉狭窄敏感度为80.3%,特异度为96.3%,符合率为95.6%。阳性预测率为86.7%,阴性预测率为94.2%。结论:临床应用DSCT检查冠心病具有无创性、安全性高等特点,诊断准确率符合临床要求。

Objective:To explore the value of dual source CT coronary angiography(DSCT)in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2019,75 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected,they all received DSCT examination,and the results of coronary angiography(CAG)were used as the gold standard,we analyzed the results of DSCT examination.Results:The sensitivity of DSCT in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis was 80.3%,the specificity was 96.3%,and the coincidence rate was 95.6%.The positive predictive value was 86.7%,and the negative predictive rate was 94.2%.Conclusion:The clinical application of DSCT in the detection of coronary heart disease has the characteristics of noninvasive and high safety,and the diagnostic accuracy meets the clinical requirements.
