SBAR查房模式对提高患者治疗依从性的应用分析

Analysis of the application of SBAR ward round mode in improving the treatment compliance of patients

目的:探讨SBAR查房模式对提高患者治疗依从性的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月手术治疗患者176例,随机分为两组,各88例。对照组采用常规临床护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上采用SBAR查房模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性、护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SBAR查房模式实施后医生对护士满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SBAR查房模式能有效提高患者治疗依从性及患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of ward round mode on improving patients'treatment compliance.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,176 patients had been undergoing surgical treatment were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 88 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine clinical nursing measures,while the observation group was treated with SBAR ward round model on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of SBAR ward round model,the satisfaction of doctors to nurses was significantly higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SBAR ward round model can effectively improve the patients'treatment compliance and the patients'satisfaction.
