急性心肌梗死介入术后舒适护理对患者焦虑情绪干预效果评价

Evaluation of the intervention effect of comfortable nursing on anxiety of patients after acute myocardial infarction intervention

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死介入术后舒适护理对患者焦虑情绪的干预效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治急性心肌梗死患者89例,随机分为两组。观察组给予舒适护理干预,参照组给予常规护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组干预后心功能等级和焦虑评分均显著优于参照组,左心室舒张末期容积水平显著低于参照组,左室射血分数水平显著高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死介入术后应用舒适护理可以有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善心功能。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of comfortable nursing on anxiety of patients after acute myocardial infarction intervention.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,89 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given comfort nursing intervention,the reference group was given routine nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the level of cardiac function and anxiety score after intervention were significantly better than the reference group,the level of left ventricular end diastolic volume was significantly lower than the reference group,and the level of left cardiac ejection fraction was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfortable nursing for patients after acute myocardial infarction intervention can effectively relieve anxiety and improve heart function.
