摘要
目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心的护理风险与控制效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年6月静脉用药调配中心共有工作人员20名,评估日常工作中护理风险,实施风险管理控制,对比实施风险管理控制前后的控制效果。结果:实施风险管理控制后差错发生率明显低于实施前,且实施后工作人员满意度显著高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在静脉用药调配中心实施风险管理控制能够减少药物配置的差错,保证静脉给药质量,同时减少护理风险,提高患者用药安全。
Objective:To explore the nursing risk and control effect of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,there were 20 staff in the intravenous drug dispensing center,we assessed the nursing risk in daily work,implemented risk management control,and compared the control effect before and after implementation.Results:After the implementation of risk management control,the error rate was significantly lower than before the implementation,and the staff satisfaction was significantly higher than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the intravenous drug dispensing center,the implementation of risk management control can reduce the error of drug allocation,ensure the quality of intravenous drug delivery,reduce the risk of nursing,and improve the drug safety of patients.
