摘要
目的:研究消化内镜护理风险控制中开展PDCA循环模式管理的价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年3月选取消化内镜检查患者100例,按入院时间分为两组,各50例。对照组开展常规护理管理,试验组开展PDCA循环模式管理。对比两组差错发生率及护理满意度。结果:试验组差错发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化内镜护理风险控制中开展PDCA循环模式管理,可降低差错事件发生率,改善护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application valued of PDCA circulation mode in risk control of digestive endoscopy nursing.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with digestive endoscopy were selected.According to the admission time,they were divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing management,the experimental group was given PDCA circulation mode management.We compared the incidence of errors and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the error rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation mode management in risk control of digestive endoscopy nursing can reduce the incidence of errors and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
