等离子体处理对毛织物自清洁性能影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 利用等离子体改性技术对毛织物进行表面刻蚀和活化,改善了毛织物的拉伸强度、亲水性、表面粘附性及润湿性,提高了毛织物上TiO2颗粒的附着量、结合强度和牢度。分析了等离子体对毛织物的改性效果、自清洁机理、影响因素及毛织物自清洁的研究现状等,结果表明,优化的TiO2/SiO2溶胶配制和等离子体预处理技术可以提高毛织物的自清洁性能,同时针对影响光催化活性和稳定性的常见问题提出了未来的研究方向。 Plasma modification technology was used to etch and activate the surface of wool fabric,which improved the tensile strength,hydrophilicity,surface adhesion and wettability of wool fabric,and im⁃proved the adhesion,bonding strength and fastness of TiO2 particles on wool fabric.The modification effect of plasma on wool fabric,the mechanism of self-cleaning,influencing factors and the research status of selfcleaning of wool fabric were analyzed.It was concluded that the optimized TiO2/SiO2 sol preparation and plas⁃ma pretreatment technology could improve the self-cleaning performance of wool fabric.At the same time,the common problems affecting the photocatalytic activity and stability were pointed out,and the future re⁃search direction was proposed.
