摘要
目的:建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定对乙酰氨基酚片含量的不确定度评定方法。方法:建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,量化不确定度各分量,考察影响紫外-可见分光光度法测定的因素,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果:对乙酰氨基酚片含量测定扩展不确定度U=1.1%(k=2)。结论:不确定度主要在吸光度测定、平行样测定重复性和溶液移取过程中引入。
Objective:To establish the evaluation method of the measurement uncertainty in assay for the paracetamol tablets by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry.Methods:The mathematical model was established,the uncertainty sources were analyzed,each component of uncertainty was calculated,the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.Results:The expanded uncertainty for the determination of paracetamol tablets by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry was U=1.1%(k=2).Conclusion:The uncertainty was mainly introduced in the process of determination of absorbance,repeatability of parallel sample and solution removals.
