摘要
随着自主可控需求逐渐迫切,国产器件替代验证工作的重要性逐渐凸显。本文提出了一种国产器件替代验证项目的确定方法。该方法针对元器件和电子产品开展知识挖掘,通过对比确认筛选出需验证特性参数,同时利用去耦分析实现了替代验证项目的压缩。相较于传统方法,本方法流程清晰、操作性强,便于早期国产器件替代验证的规划和设计。
Considering the imperious needs of autonomy and controllability,domestic substitution validation plays an increasingly important role.To guide the determination of domestic substitution validations,an approach is proposed in the work,in which the information of the components and products are fully used to generate the parameters to be validated,and the validation terms are condensed as far as possible.The approach,designed for the pre-plan of domestic substitution validations,overwhelms the traditional approaches with its outstanding operability and convenience.
