摘要
本文主要介绍了超声冲击去应力处理技术在牵引电机加工工艺中的作用,通过对比试验得出,牵引电机定子焊接表面采用超声冲击去应力处理后,牵引电机定子止口机加工后的直径及圆度得到了显著改善。
This paper mainly introduces the role of ultrasonic impact stress relief technology in the processing technology of traction motor.Through the comparative test,it is concluded that the diameter and roundness of the stator stop machined have been significantly improved after the stator welding surface of traction motor is treated by ultrasonic impact stress relief technology.
