曲美他嗪对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能及BNP水平的影响

Effect of Trimetazidine on Cardiac Function and BNP Level in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的:探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者70例,随机分为两组(n均=35)。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸曲美他嗪片,比较两组心功能、生命体征及相关指标水平。结果:观察组治疗后左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、脑钠肽(BNP)及C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪可改善冠心病心力衰竭患者的心功能及生命体征,降低炎症水平及心力衰竭程度。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:70 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment,and observation group was treated with trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets based on routine treatment.The cardiac function,vital signs and the levels of related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.706,12.463,7.926,14.543,13.883,7.984,P=0.000);After treatment,the plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.584,9.449,P=0.000).Conclusion:Trimetazidine for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can improve cardiac function and vital signs,decrease inflammatory levels and severity of of heart failure.
