Treatment of Threatened Abortion with Luteal Insufficiency and the Value of Serum Progesterone in Prognosis

目的:黄体功能不全先兆流产的治疗及血清孕酮对预后的价值体会。方法:选取2012年1月~2019年3月我院收治的50例黄体功能不全先兆流产患者,患者均分2组各25例。常规组口服地屈孕酮片治疗;实验组肌肉注射黄体酮治疗。比较两组黄体功能不全先兆流产患者治疗后的血清孕酮、雌二醇指标、用药不良反应的发生率。结果:实验组患者治疗后的血清孕酮、雌二醇指标相比于常规组明显的提升;用药不良反应的发生率较低,安全性高,P<0.05。结论:肌肉注射黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产有着明显的疗效,药效更更显著。

Objective:To investigate the treatment of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency and the value of serum progesterone in prognosis.Methods:50 cases of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to March 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into 2 groups with 25 cases each.The conventional group was treated with oral diprogesterone tablets.The experimental group was treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone.To compare the incidence of serum progesterone,estradiol and adverse drug reactions in two groups of patients with threatened abortion with luteal dysfunction after treatment.Results:The serum levels of progesterone and estradiol in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group.The incidence of adverse drug reactions was low and the safety was high,P<0.05.Conclusion:Intramuscular injection of progesterone in the treatment of luteal dysfunction threatened abortion has an obvious effect,the efficacy is more significant.
