Effect of Optimized ICU Treatment on Cerebral Resuscitation in Patients with Cardiac Arrest Syndrome

目的:分析与探讨ICU优化治疗对心脏骤停后综合征患者脑复苏的影响研究。方法:选我院50例心脏骤停后综合征同时成功复苏患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组实施ICU优化治疗,比较两组治疗结局。结果:观察组总有效率、ADL评分明显高于常规治疗的对照组P<0.05,观察组患者在住院时间上少于常规使用治疗的对照组。结论:经心脏骤停后综合征同时成功复苏的患者应用ICU优化治疗临床疗效较为显著,患者在治疗后的生活能力恢复较好,同时不良反应的发生较少。

Objective:To analyze and explore the effect of ICU optimized treatment on cerebral resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest syndrome.Methods:Fifty patients with resuscitation following cardiac arrest syndrome in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was treated with ICU optimization.Results:The total effective rate and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the conventional treatment control group P<0.05,and the patients in the observation group had less hospital stay time than the control group of conventional treatment.Conclusion:Patients with simultaneous resuscitation after cardiac arrest have significantly better clinical outcomes with ICU optimization therapy.
