消毒供应中心护理人员职业素质存在的问题及对策分析

Occupational Exposure and Protective Measures of Nursing Staff in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:总结分析消毒供应中心护理人员职业暴露因素,并据此采取相应的防护措施,以减少护理人员受到的伤害。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月在我院消毒供应中心工作的同事作为研究对象,共15名,通过调查问卷的形式来进行,并根据结果制定相应的防护措施。结果:消毒供应中心护理人员的职业暴露的发生率很高,对护理人员的生命健康具有的潜在威胁。结论:由于职业暴露发生率很高,护理人员应当注意采取相应的、有效的防护措施来保护自己,并且要提高保护自己的意识,同时医院也要加大对该中心的监管力度,规范操作与流程。

Objective:Summarize and analyze the occupational exposure factors of the nursing staff in the disinfection supply center,and take corresponding protective measures accordingly to reduce the injuries to the nursing staff.Methods:The research objects are the work colleagues in our hospital disinfection supply center from January,2018 to December,2019.And the total number is fifteen.This activity was conducted through questionnaires,and the corresponding protective measures were made according to the results of questionnaires.Result:The incidence of occupational exposure of nursing staff in disinfection supply centers is high,which is a potential threat to the life and health of nursing staffs.Conclusion:Nursing staffs should pay more attention to take the corresponding effective protective measures to protect themselvesand improve the awareness of protecting yourself,because of the high incidence of occupational exposure.At the same time,the hospital should increase the supervision of the disinfection supply center,which can standardizethe operation and process.
