分析乳头内陷产妇的母乳喂养护理干预措施

Analysis of Breast-feeding Nursing Intervention Measures for Nipple Invagination Parturients

目的:分析乳头内陷产妇的母乳喂养护理干预措施。方法:选择我院于2018年1月~2018年9月内收治的乳头内陷产妇。并随机抽取50例作为此次的研究对象,将所有产妇按照护理方法的不同,随机分为对照组(25例,使用常规方法护理)和观察组(25例,使用整体护理干预)。在研究结束后,主要对比两组产妇的母乳喂养成功率、母乳喂养相关知识掌握情况、产妇满意度。结果:两组产妇在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但是观察组的母乳喂养成功率、母乳喂养相关知识掌握情况、产妇满意度均优于对照组。差异均有统计学意义,因此具有可比性,(P<0.05)。结论:在对乳头内陷产妇实施临床治疗时,通过整体护理干预有更加明显的效果,因此有较高应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the nursing intervention measures of breast-feeding for puerpera with inverted nipples.Methods:The puerperas with inverted nipples admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2018 were selected.And randomly selected 50 cases as the research object,according to the different nursing methods,all pregnant women were randomly divided into control group(25 cases,using conventional nursing)and observation group(25 cases,using holistic nursing intervention).At the end of the study,the success rate of breastfeeding,knowledge of breastfeeding and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Both groups achieved certain results after receiving nursing care,but the success rate of breastfeeding,knowledge of breastfeeding and maternal satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant,so it was comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of nipple invagination puerpera,holistic nursing intervention has more obvious effect,so it has higher application value.
