乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素对儿童支原体肺炎的临床疗效评价

The Clinical Effect of Atomization Inhalation of Acetylcysteine Combined with Azithromycin on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的:探讨乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素对儿童支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取肺炎支原体肺炎患儿共80例,随机分为对照组及观察组各40例,前者单纯采用阿奇霉素治疗,后者联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床疗效、患儿体温恢复、咳嗽及啰音消失时间,肺部体征恢复正常及住院预后时间、不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率显著更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间及啰音消失时间更短(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组肺部体征恢复正常时间更快,住院预后时间更短(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎效果更佳,能缩短患儿体温恢复、咳嗽及啰音消失时间,肺部体征恢复正常时间及住院预后时间得以缩短,且不良反应轻微。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acetylcysteine inhalation combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the former was treated with azithromycin and the latter was treated with acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation.Results:Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).temperature recovery normal time and rale disappearance time were shorter(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the pulmonary signs in the observation group returned to normal time more quickly,and the hospital prognosis time was shorter(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acetylcysteine inhalation combined with azithromycin is more effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which can shorten the time of body temperature recovery,cough and rale disappearance,the time of lung signs returning to normal and the time of hospital prognosis,and the adverse reaction is mild.
