摘要
目的:探讨复发性耳廓假性囊肿手术治疗的效果。方法:选取我院收治的50例复发性耳廓假性囊肿患者,其中对照组25例采用耳廓缝合术治疗,观察组25例采用耳廓开窗术治疗,比较两组的各项指标。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间及疼痛天数短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对复发性耳廓假性囊肿患者,采用耳廓开窗术疗效显著,缩短住院天数及疼痛天数,减少并发症发生率及疾病复发率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of recurrent pseudocyst of auricle.Methods:50 patients were selected with auricle suture in the control group and auricle suture in the observation group.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and pain days of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complications of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The relapsing pseudocyst of auricle is effective by auricle fenestration,shortening the days of hospitalization and pain,reducing complications and recurrence Rate.
