数字化导板引导下口腔种植修复的整体护理配合

The Overall Nursing Cooperation of Dental Implant Repair Under the Guidance of Digital Guide Plate

目的:探讨分析数字化导板引导下口腔种植修复的整体护理配合。方法:选取我院2017年11月至2019年10月收治的82例口腔种植修复应用数字化导板引导种植修复治疗患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:护理总有效率对比,研究组(97.56%)高于对照组(85.37%),P<0.05;在基牙出血指数、口腔功能恢复时间方面对比,研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度对比,研究组为97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%,P<0.05。结论:给予数字化导板引导下口腔种植修复患者整体护理配合,有助于提升患者种植修复成功率。通过专业化的护理干预和管理,有助于提升患者护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the overall nursing cooperation of dental implant repair under the guidance of digital guide plate.Methods:From November 2017 to October 2019,82 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given overall nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the study group(97.56%)was higher than that in the control group(85.37%),P<0.05;the bleeding index of abutment teeth and the recovery time of oral function in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.56%,higher than that in the control group(82.93%,P<0.05).Conclusion:It is helpful to improve the success rate of implant repair by giving the whole nursing cooperation to the patients under the guidance of digital guide plate.Through professional nursing intervention and management,it is helpful to improve patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
