手机金属压铸件去批锋自动化柔性系统的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 目前手机金属压铸件去除边缘毛刺(中国广东地方俗称"去批锋")作业普遍依赖人工、装备技术落后。本文提出了一种具有自主知识产权的去批锋自动化柔性作业系统,该系统由去批锋加工设备、手机金属压铸件上、下料系统、控制系统、数据库系统、生产管理系统等几部分组成。系统提升了行业自动化水平、提高加工效率,适用于不同规格的手机金属压铸件,其结构简单、性价比高,并且与管理系统相结合,将生产管理系统和加工过程无缝连接,显著提升去批锋的精度与速度,保证产品质量。 At present,the deburring of mobile phone boards is generally dependent on labor.This paper proposes a deburring system with independent intellectual property rights,the system consists of deburring equipment,loading and unloading system,control system,database system and production management system.The system improves the automation level of the industry and improves the processing efficiency.It is suitable for different specifications of mobile phone boards.Its structure is simple,cost-effective,and combines with the management system,the production management system and the processing process are seamlessly connected,which significantly improves the accuracy and speed of the front-end and ensures product quality.
