摘要
本文针对我国传统果蔬储运集散生产的工艺流程开展相关研究,尝试以机械手自动分拣代替人工劳动的形式,提出了对流程中包含的分拣装箱工艺进行工业化智能升级的改造方案,寻求和探索了其目前面临的自动化程度低、劳动强度大等实际问题可能的解决之道。同时提出了适用于果蔬产后商品化处理全过程的一体化流水生产线成套装备设计方案,为进一步研发实体化设备积累了必要的技术储备。
This paper researches the technical processes of traditional storage and distribution for fruit-vegetable in China and uses sorting robot to take place of labour force in order to upgrade the intelligent capacity of sorting and packing so that it is possible to find the solution for the puzzle of low automation or heavy work.At the same time,the total design proposal which is appropriate for the whole technical process is also presented to develop the engineering prototype in the future.
