摘要
针对就地化保护"工厂化调试与更换式检修"的需求,提出了一套就地化保护自动测试实现方案,通过加载装置配置文件实现设备的自动测试。自动测试仪由上位机和下位机构成。上位机采用测试用例专家库,构建被测设备的程序化测试用例并管理测试执行过程;下位机基于SCD文件实现测试用例的自动配置和测试用例的执行。自动化测试仪既可以完成单间隔就地化保护的功能测试,也可以整体验证不同就地化保护间隔之间的联闭锁功能。现场实际工程的应用,验证了自动化测试方案的可行性。
Aiming at the demand of"factory testing and replacement maintenance"of on-site protection,a set of automatic test realization scheme of on-site protection is proposed.Automatic test of equipment is realized by loading device configuration file.The automatic tester consists of a host computer and a lower computer.The host computer adopts the test case expert library,builds the program test case of the EUT(equipment under test)and manages the test execution process;the lower computer implements the automatic configuration of the test case and the execution of the test case based on the SCD file.The automatic tester can perform both the functional test of the single-bay on-site protection and the interlocking function between different on-site protection.The application of engineering on substation verifies the feasibility of the automated test program.
