摘要
立足于政策基础,在探索本校工程造价专业开展校企合作的实践中,逐渐探索形成“一会+两校+三企”协同育人模式。该模式基于职业学校技能人才培养需要,从学校专业现状调研分析,提出充分发挥专业协会的指导作用,借助高校资源和企业资源,探索多方协作共赢的实践模式。同时,采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,基于自愿协商、优势互补、利益共享、过程共管、责任共担的原则,构建了该模式“一个核心、两个主线、三个协同”的机制设计,切实解决了工程造价专业校企共育人才的瓶颈难题,塑造了该校工程造价专业的人才培养品牌效应。
Based on the policy basis,in the exploration of the practice of school enterprise cooperation in the engineering cost specialty of our university,this paper showed the formation of"one school+two schools+three enterprises"collaborative education mode.This mode is based on the needs of vocational school skilled personnel training,from the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the school's major,it puts forward to give full play to the guiding role of professional associations,with the help of university resources and enterprise resources to explore the practical mode of win-win cooperation between several parties.Based on the principles of voluntary consultation,complementary advantages,benefit sharing,process co management and responsibility sharing,this paper constructs the mechanism design of"one core,two main lines and three synergies"of the model by using theoretical analysis method and empirical research method,solves the bottleneck problem of the school enterprise co-education of engineering cost specialty,and shapes talent training brand effect of Engineering Cost Specialty.
