冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心脏瓣膜病抗血栓用药指导研究进展

Research progress in anticoagulant therapy for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with valvular heart disease

本文对近年来冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心脏瓣膜病抗血栓治疗措施及用药指导、护理进展进行综述,包括抗血栓药物主要种类、按时按剂量用药、药物治疗护理观察、提高患者服药依从性的护理干预措施。提高患者抗血栓治疗依从性是抗血栓疗效和安全性的必要保证,可以减少相关不良反应,提高患者术后存活率,在临床工作中我们应该基于循证理论选择最佳的用药指导及护理干预方式。

In this paper,recent progress in antithrombotic measures,medication guidance and nursing for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with heart valve disease was reviewed,including the main types of anticoagulant drugs,administration time and doses,appropriate nursing care during medication and nursing measures to improve patients’ compliance. A large number of studies have shown that improving compliance with antithrombotic therapy is a necessary guarantee for the efficacy and safety,and can reduce adverse reactions and increase postoperative survival rate. Therefore,we should choose the best way of medication guidance and nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory in clinical practice.
