摘要 目的优化静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)退药流程,提高PIVAS的退药工作效率和质量。方法对PIVAS退药流程的关键环节进行优化,对比2017年7~12月优化前及2018年1~6月优化后的挑拣退药效率和退药归位差错率。结果优化后,挑拣退药效率为(1.83±0.20)s/组,高于优化前的(36.83±4.80)s/组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化后,退药归位差错率为0.03%,低于优化前的0.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化后的退药流程明显提高了挑拣退药效率,减少了退药归位差错。 Objective To optimize the drug repercussion procedure in pharmacy intravenous admixture service, and improve the efficiency and quality of drug repercussion of PIVAS. Methods Optimize the key links of PIVAS drug repercussion process, and compare the efficiency of drug picking and repercussion and the error rate of drug repercussion between July to December 2017 before optimization and January to June 2018 after optimization. Results After optimization, the efficiency of drug picking and repercussion was(1.83± 0.20) s/group, which was higher than(36.83±4.80) s/group before optimization, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After optimization, error rate of drug repercussion was 0.03%, which was lower than 0.16% before optimization, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The drug repercussion procedure after optimization obviously improve the efficiency of drug picking and repercussion and reduce error rate of drug repercussion.
