摘要
组织工程在组织或器官的修复和再生中发挥着越来越重要的作用。其中支架材料是组织工程的重要组成部分,能够为种子细胞的粘附、生长、增殖和分化等提供临时的机械支撑以及必要的生长环境,因而显得尤为重要。支架材料按照来源可以分为天然材料、人工合成材料和复合材料。从材料学的角度,介绍了骨、神经、牙齿及血管等组织工程领域中常见的支架材料的研究与应用进展,并对支架材料的发展前景进行了展望。
Tissue engineering plays an increasingly important role in the repair and regeneration of tissues or organs.The scaffold material is an important part of tissue engineering,which can provide temporary mechanical support and necessary growth environment for the adhesion,growth,proliferation and differentiation of seed cells.According to their source,scaffold materials can be divided into three categories:natural materials,synthetic materials and composite materials.From the viewpoint of materials science,the research and application progress of various scaffold materials commonly used in bone,nerve,tooth and blood vessel tissue engineering were introduced,and their development prospects were also prospected.
