摘要
采用水热法结合高温烧结两步法制备了一系列CaWO4∶Eu^3+红色荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)等表征手段对产物结构、形貌以及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:所合成的CaWO4∶Eu^3+荧光粉均为单一的四方晶系白钨矿结构,可被近紫外光(395nm)有效激发,其发射主峰位于619nm处,归属于Eu^3+的5 D0→^7F2电偶极跃迁,且Eu^3+的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为15%。Ca0.85WO4∶0.15Eu^3+样品形貌为类球形,粒径大小范围为0.1~0.6μm。
A series of CaWO4∶Eu^3+redphosphors were preparedby hydrothermalcombined with high temperature sintering methods.The crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fluorescence spectrum(PL).The results shown that CaWO4∶Eu^3+phosphors was singletetragonal scheelite structure.The phosphors can be effectively excited by near-UV(395nm),and the major emission peak was located at 619nm due to 5 D0→^7F2transition of Eu3+.The optimum doping mole fraction of Eu^3+was 15%.Ca0.85 WO4∶0.15Eu^3+sample was composed of spherical structure with about 0.1~0.6μm in diameter.
