新型杂化硅溶胶复合材料的制备及阻燃应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用自制有机蒙脱土复合材料(OMMT-IFR)、正硅酸乙酯与降解壳聚糖为原料制备新型杂化硅溶胶复合材料(SG-1、SG-2),对其进行傅里叶红外光谱、X-射线衍射光谱、X-射线光电子能谱表征。将其用于亚麻装饰布阻燃整理,对整理后织物进行续燃时间、阴燃时间、损毁长度、白度和织物断裂强力等性能测试,并确定其最佳制备条件。实验结果表明,经SG-2阻燃整理后的亚麻装饰布的阻燃性能较好,续燃时间为4.1s、阴燃时间为0.4s、损毁长度为139mm,符合GB/T 17591-2006B1级标准。 The effect of inorganic fillers,white cement,bentonite,flay ash,on curing reaction kinetics of bisphenol-A epoxy resin and low molecular weight polyamide was investigated under iso-thermal curing condition using Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC)technique.Meanwhile,the thixotropic properties of them were measured using a rheometer.The relation between curing reaction kinetics and thixotropic properties were discussed.It was found that,the reaction order of bisphenol-A epoxy resin and low molecular weight polyamide system under different temperatures fallen in between 2and 3,indicating that the reaction can be characterized by autocatalytic mechanism proposed by Kamal model equation.Under 90~100℃,the whole curing reaction process can be described by Kamal model equation.Under 50~80℃,unlike the initial process of the curing reaction,which can be well described by Kamal model equation,the later part of the curing reaction turned from autocatalytic mechanism into diffusion controlled mechanism.After added 5portions of diluent and 5portions of fillers per 100portions of epoxy resin,when cured at 80℃,Kamal model gave a good description for the systems of white cement,flay ash and bentonite of 325mesh was up to the onset of vitrification.The curing reaction process of system filled with bentonite of 400mesh,which had a remarkable larger thixotropic loop was hardly described by the Kamal model at the later stage,indicating that the shortage of mobility was the key reason for the reaction turning Kamal model to diffusion controlled mechanism.
