摘要
随着经济增速放缓,建筑业从高速增长阶段进入到平稳发展期,同时随着建筑资源的过度消耗,政府对建筑行业的设计与建造在节能减排方面也提出了政策性的要求。建筑资源的日益匮乏也导致建造成本的不断增加,建设项目只有通过精细化的设计才能保证同时达到节能、环保、经济、盈利的目的。在商业地产建设中,地库工程造价在总工程造价中的占比约为10%~20%,而基础选型、地下室底板构件、楼板构件及顶板构件等的结构布置很大程度影响着地下室的工程造价,结构设计人员应在保证地下室结构安全的同时,优化结构布置,从而达到节约用材、节省造价的目的。
With the economic growth slowed down,the construction industry from the high growth stage to the stable development period,at the same time with the excessive consumption of construction resources,the government design and construction of the construction industry in energy saving and emission reduction also put forward policy requirements.The shortage of building resources also leads to the increase of construction cost.Only through refined design can the construction project achieve the goal of energy saving,environmental protection,economy and profit at the same time.In the construction of commercial real estate,the basement project cost in the proportion of the total project cost is about 10%~20%,and the basic selection,the basement floor component,floor and roof components such as components of structure arrangement greatly affects the basement of the engineering cost,structure design personnel should be at the same time,ensure the safety of the basement structure optimization of the structure arrangement,so as to achieve the purpose to save material,save cost.
