Selection of Suppliers of Prefabricated Components based on Gray Relation Situation Decision Method

建筑产业装配式发展化逐步推进,对装配式预制构件供应商提出了更高要求。建立生产管理能力、财务管理能力、物流服务水平、发展能力、合作潜力五个维度的指标体系,采用层次分析得出各指标权重,应用灰色关联局势模型,对备选供应商选择评价,为采购方决策提供意见参考。

With the gradual development of prefabricated construction in the construction industry,higher requirements are put forward for suppliers of prefabricated components.In this paper,we established the supplier comprehensive evaluation and selection system from the aspects of production management ability,financial management ability,logistics service level,development ability and cooperation potential.The weights of each indicator are obtained by the analytic hierarchy process,and the gray relation situation decision method is applied to evaluate the selection of alternative suppliers,so as to provide references for the decision-making of the purchaser.
