摘要
21世纪以来,党和政府采取了一系列重大举措,有力地推进了民族地区义务教育均衡发展,但也存在一些值得关注的问题。这些问题制约着民族地区义务教育高水平均衡发展。这与人们对民族地区义务教育均衡发展的内涵理解不够全面、准确,以及由此而采取的某些措施不恰当、不深入等不无关系。因而需要重新对民族地区义务教育均衡发展的内涵进行更加全面、深入的理解,从而增强人们推进民族地区义务教育均衡发展的自觉性、针对性和有效性,并重点通过高度重视校长队伍的建设、全力应对师资薄弱的问题、切实推进课程开发与开设、努力完善教育的考核评价、积极关注学生的现实问题等方面的努力,更好地推进民族地区义务教育高水平均衡发展。
Community formation for cross border ethnic groups include ethnic community and national community.For the current stage,it is important to enhance empathy and recognition towards diversity and integration of Chinese culture;further improve correlation between national recognition with cultural identity and sense of personal identity.Cultural memory is group-shared common knowledge,of which cultural value is the detailed reflection.Cultural memory of Yi ethnic group as a cross border ethnic group,includes the recognition memory towards time and space,recognition memory towards self and others,recognition memory toward social interpersonal relationship and emotional cognition.It is important to allow the full functioning of school education so as to implement cultural memory education through enhancing cultural emotional cognition among Yi ethnic groups,strengthening psychological cognition and cultivating behavioral cognition.Consequently,Yi ethnic community and national community can both coexist and develop.
