Quality accident analysis of resettlement houses of the whole village relocation in projects of new rural construction

通过对某地新农村建设项目整村搬迁安置房屋存在的质量问题进行分析,根据现场检测和相关试验分析得到该项目质量问题产生的原因、危害,提出了相应的处理措施。总结本文案例的经验教训,建议在今后的农村房屋建设中应严格控制各环节的施工质量。在对整村安置项目设计前应进行充分的调查、勘测,掌握特殊场地土的特性和处理方法,进行可靠的设计,保证施工质量,为村镇群众提供安全的住房保障,并为以后同类项目提供相应的借鉴和参考,避免此类质量事故再次发生。

Through the analysis of the quality problems existing in the resettlement houses of the whole village relocation projects,the causes and hazards of the quality problems of the project are obtained.According to the on-site detection and related experimental analysis,the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.Summarizing the experience and lessons of this case,it is suggested that the construction quality of every link should be strictly controlled during rural housing construction.Before the design of the whole village resettlement project,the full investigation and the characteristics analysis of the special site and soil should be carried out.In addition,it is necessary to ensure the quality of construction and provide safe housing for the villagers.This paper also provides reference for similar projects,so as to avoid the recurrence of such quality accidents.
