西部资源型城市EEET系统耦合协调研究——以广西三市为例

Analysis on Coupling Coordination of EEET System in Western Resource-Based Cities:Taking the Three Cities of Guangxi as Examples

通过构建能源、环境、经济与科技四元(EEET)系统的耦合协调模型,采用熵权法确定指标权重,测算了2007—2016年广西的三个资源型城市(百色、河池、贺州)EEET系统间的耦合协调水平。研究结果表明:(1)广西三个地级资源型城市的能源—环境—经济—科技四元(EEET)系统的协调发展水平逐步实现了从失调到协调的跨越,各个系统协同发展水平呈上升趋势;(2)经济发展呈疲软状态、能源的不合理利用及环境破坏等因素导致四元(EEET)系统耦合协调度降低,随着环境、科技指数的快速提升促进了四元系统的协调发展;(3)三市的耦合协调类型逐渐从最初科技滞后型发展为经济滞后型,四元(EEET)系统逐渐发展为协调水平。

By constructing a coupled coordination model of energy,environment,economy and technology quaternary system,this paper uses the entropy weight method to determine the index weights,and measures the coupling coordination level among four systems of three resource-based cities(Baise,Hechi,Hezhou)in Guangxi from 2007 to 2016..The results show that:(1)The coordinated development level of energy-environment-economy-technology quaternary system in prefecture-level resource-based cities in Guangxi has gradually leap from disharmony to coordination,and the level of coordinated development is on the rise;(2)The economic development is relatively weak.The unreasonable harvesting and utilization of energy,environmental pollution and destruction have led to a decrease in the coordination degree of the quaternary system.The rapid improvement of the environment and technology index has promoted the coordinated development of the quaternary system.(3)The type of coupling and coordination of three cities gradually changed from the original technology lagging type to the economic lagging type,and the EEET system gradually developed to a coordination level.
