摘要
基于2004—2017年长江经济带11省份的面板数据,首先用超效率SBM模型测度每一年各个省份的农业环境效率并进行分析,然后构建Tobit模型分析农业环境效率的影响因素。研究发现:长江经济带区域内农业环境效率差异较大,表现为粮食主产区的农业环境效率偏低;农业产业结构升级程度的加深以及种植业结构的升级,使农业环境效率值增加;人力资本水平和科技投入强度对农业环境效率的影响是显著正向的。
Based on the panel data of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2004 to 2017,the agricultural environmental efficiency of each province in each year is measured by the super-efficiency SBM model,and its trend is analyzed.Then the Tobit model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural environmental efficiency.The results show:there are great differences in agricultural environmental efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,the agricultural environmental efficiency of the main grain producing areas is low.Deepening the upgrading degree of agricultural industrial structure and the upgrading of planting structure will increase the value of agricultural environmental efficiency.The level of human capital and the intensity of scientific and technological input have a significant positive impact on agricultural environmental efficiency.
