汉江水源地农户环保行为及其诉求研究——基于汉中段的调研分析

Study on Environmental Protection Behaviors and Appeals of Farmers in Hanjiang Water Head Site:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of the Hanzhong Section

以入户访谈和问卷调查方式,深入调研汉江水源地农户的环境意识、环保行为和生态补偿意愿及其利益诉求现状。结果表明:汉江水源地农户整体上缺乏环境保护知识,对当地生态环境价值、水生环境问题和水源保护政策及其责任主体的认知程度较低,农户生态环保行为整体呈现弱化状态,但种植绿色农产品意愿较高,价格诉求为普通农产品的2倍,生态补偿意愿强烈,补偿标准为每户每年1200元以上。据此,在分析农户环保行为弱化原因基础上提出了改进对策与建议。

In-house interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted to investigate the environmental awareness,environmental behavior and ecological compensation willingness of farmers in the Hanjiang water head site and the status quo of their interests.The results show that the farmers in the Hanjiang water head site lack the knowledge of environmental protection as a whole,and the local ecological environment value,aquatic environment problems and water source protection policies and their responsible persons are less recognized,the overall eco-environmental behavior of farmers is weakened,but they are more willing to grow green agricultural products,the price appeal is twice that of ordinary agricultural products,and the willingness to ecological compensation is strong,the compensation standard is more than 1200 yuan per household per year.According to this,based on the analysis of the reasons for the weakening of farmers’environmental protection behavior,the improvement countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
