茄科植物线粒体基因组学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 茄科植物作为第一大类蔬菜作物,其经济价值排在植物界第3位,在农业和科学研究等方面具有举足轻重的地位。目前已完成线粒体基因组测序的茄科植物有辣椒、烟草、番茄及天仙子,但有关茄科植物线粒体基因组学的研究较少。本综述从线粒体基因组测序现状、线粒体基因组的结构特点、线粒体基因组分析等3个方面介绍了茄科植物线粒体基因组学研究进展;以线粒体基因组学为基础,重点综述了茄科植物中广泛存在的细胞质雄性不育现象及其机理,为深入研究茄科植物细胞质雄性不育现象提供理论依据;并进一步总结了茄科植物线粒体基因组学对其他植物基因组学研究的参考价值。 Solanaceae plant is the first major vegetable crop and economic value can rank the third in the plant kingdom, so it plays a very important role in agriculture and scientific research. Currently, the Solanaceae plants that have completed the sequencing of mitochondrial genome involve Capsicum annuum L., Nicotiana tabacum L.,Solanum lycopersicum L. and Hyoscyamus niger L., but there are few studies on the mitochondrial genomics of the Solanaceae plants. Firstly, this paper introduces the research progress of Solanaceae plants by three aspects: the status of mitochondrial genome sequencing, the structural features of mitochondrial genomes and mitochondrial genome analysis. Secondly, this paper focuses on the cytoplasmic male sterility and its mechanism using the Solanaceae mitochondrial genomics, and provides a theoretical basis for further study of the cytoplasmic male sterility of Solanaceae plants. Finally, the paper summarizes the reference value of the mitochondrial genomics of Solanaceae plants for other plant genomics.
