贴扎技术能缓解腰椎间盘突出患者下背部痛现象

Effect of Ligation Technique on Relieving Lower Back Pain in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

本研究为探索利用贴扎治疗对下背部疼痛的腰椎间盘突出症患者产生的疼痛疼痛缓解和功能恢复效果,在医院门诊病人中筛选出33位患者作为研究对象。患者在贴扎肌内效贴前进行视觉模拟测试评分和背部肌肉疲劳测试(前测),测试完成后由康复医生贴扎,于患者下背部总共贴着4条5 cm宽的玉型肌内效贴,第1条、第2条肌内效贴,由L-S spine交接处至第12胸椎棘突外侧,第3条、第4条玉字型贴布,固定端在贴布中心点。将贴布中间部分黏贴在腰椎第4及第5脊突的部位,肌肉内效贴张力为25%。贴扎完成后进行第2次视觉模拟测试评分和背部肌肉疲劳测试(后测),利用SPSS18.0统计软件,进行独立样本t检验,并比校前后测结果。结果表明,背部肌肉疲劳测试中后测结果显著优于前测(p<0.05);视觉模拟测试评分方面,后测评分显著低于前测(p<0.05)。前测的ODI评分显著高于贴扎后测(16.34±1.46) vs (7.35±0.66)(p<0.05)。患者应用贴扎技术治疗后的自我认知、疾病控制和自信心评分均显著高于治疗前(p<0.05)。本研究表明,贴扎技术能缓解腰椎间盘突出患者下背部痛现象,并能增加背肌耐力变现。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of pain relief and function recovery in patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with post-treatment for lower back pain,and 33 patients were selected as the subject of the study in the outpatients of the hospital.The patient had a visual analogue test score and a back muscle fatigue test(pre-test) prior to the application of the application of the adzal muscle,and the test was carried out by the rehabilitation doctor after the test was completed,and the back of the patient had a total of 4 5 cm wide-width jade-shaped inner-effect plaster,and the first and the second muscle inner-effect plaster,From the junction of L-S spine to the outer side of the spinous process of the 12 th thoracic vertebra,the third and the 4 th jade-type patch,the fixed end is at the center of the patch.The middle part of the patch was attached to the position of the 4 th and 5 th spine of the lumbar vertebra,and the tension of the internal effect of the muscle was 25%.The second visual analog test score and the back muscle fatigue test(post-test) were performed after the patch was completed,and the independent sample t test was performed using the SPSS 18.0 statistical software and compared to the results before and after the correction.The results showed that the post-test results of the post-muscular fatigue test were significantly better than that of the pretest(p<0.05),and the post-test scores were significantly lower in the visual simulation test scores(p<0.05).The pre-measured ODI score was significantly higher than post-post-test((16.34±1.46) vs.(7.35±0.66))(p <0.05).The self-cognition,disease control and self-confidence score of the patients after application of the post-treatment technique were significantly higher than those before treatment(p<0.05).The present study showd that the post-treatment technique can relieve the back pain in the patients with lumbar disc herniation,and can increase the realization of the back muscle endurance.
