摘要
基于MoldFlow软件的型芯偏移分析功能,对双层套管注射模型芯偏移问题进行了模拟分析。结果表明浇口位置设计对型芯偏移量影响明显,原模具的单侧浇口设计方案会引起明显的型芯偏移,导致内管出现翘曲变形,与实际试模现象一致。对比分析了2种浇注系统优化设计方案,结果表明两侧对称的双浇口平衡式进浇方案效果最佳,解决了细长型芯偏移引起的塑件翘曲变形问题。
Based on the analysis function of core offset of Moldflow software,thecore off⁃set of double pipe injection mould was simulated and analyzed.The results showed that the gate location had a great influence on core offset,and the unilateral gate design scheme of the original mould caused obviously core offset and led to warping deformation,which was the same as actual phenomenon.Two optimal design schemes of gating system were compared and analyzed.The results showed the effect of balanced gating scheme with symmetrical double-gate was the best,which solved the problem of warping deformation caused by the thin and long core offset.
