摘要
简述了车身造型曲率的变化对冲压制造带来的影响,为了优化侧围外板后风窗区域成形不足的问题,描述了常规优化方法的局限性,论证新增辅助拉深凸、凹模优化成形的原理和实施流程,经过实践验证,证明了该方案的有效性。
The influences of curvature changing with body molding on stamping manufacturing were expounded.To optimize the lack forming on the rear window area of the side outer panel,the limitations of the conventional optimization method were expounded,and the principle and process of adding auxiliary drawing punch and concave die were demonstrated.
