摘要
主题班会是高等医学院校中思想政治辅导员对学生进行思想政治教育的有效途径和载体。但是,传统主题班会存在"有"和"无"、"讲"和"听"、"随机"与"规范"以及"少数"与"多数"四大问题,效果差强人意。解决以上主题班会弊端的途径是让主题班会"翻转",把班会的决定权从辅导员转移给学生,使学生成为班会的主体。通过实践,得到了要使主题班会在内容上系统化、程序上规范化、实施上课程化的启示。
The thematic class meeting is an effective way and carrier for the ideological and political instructors to carry out ideological and political education to students in medical colleges. The traditional theme class meeting is "with" and "without", "speaking" and "listen", "random" and "specification" and "minority" and "most " four big problems. Man’s thought is based on a kind of transcendence over daily material life, which is rooted in individual practice. The thematic class meeting "turns over", transfers the decision-making power of the class meeting from the instructor to the student, increases the student’s practice experience, obtains many kinds of effects. Through practice, we get the inspiration of systematizing the content, standardizing the procedure and implementing the curriculum.
