摘要
目的:探讨医学生见习前临床技能培训的模式。方法:基于阑尾炎案例,进行模拟临床实战的临床技能操作与医患沟通情境教学。结果:学生的问诊、体格检查等技能的熟练与规范化程度明显提高,医患沟通意识、水平和技巧也得到有效提高。结论:该教学法有助于提高学生的理论与实践相结合水平、临床思维和医患沟通水平。
Objective: To explore the model of clinical skill training for medical students before probation. Methods: Based on the case of appendicitis, the teaching of clinical skills and communication between doctors and patients was carried out. Results: the level of proficiency and standardization of students’ consultation and physical examination skills was significantly improved, and the awareness, level and skills of doctor-patient communication were also effectively improved. Conclusion: this teaching method is helpful to improve the level of combination of theory and practice, clinical thinking and communication between doctors and patients.
