摘要
从lisjobnet和www.jobs.ac.uk两个招聘网站中提取了英国高校图书馆馆员的招聘信息,从岗位类型、岗位职责、职业能力要求等角度进行分析。结果显示:英国高校图书馆馆员出现身份模糊化的状态;培训生岗位有助于对图书馆的工作获得结构化的认知;英国高校图书馆对馆员职业能力的要求较为务实;沟通能力、IT技术、工作态度是英国高校图书馆较为看重的三个职商要素。在此基础上提出了提升我国高校图书馆馆员职业能力发展的建议。
The paper extracts the data of job advertisements of British academic libraries from two job websites,lisjobnet.com and www.jobs.ac.uk and analyzes from the job types,job responsibilities,and the demands of vocational ability.The results show that the identities of UK academic librarians are becoming ambiguous.Trainee scheme is beneficial for applicants to get a structural understanding of the library work.The requirements for librarians in UK are quite pragmatic.And excellent communication,IT skill,enthusiastic and committed attitude are the top 3 attributes for academic librarians in UK.And this article puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of our countries’librarians’professional ability on this basis.
