三冗余测量技术在励磁系统中的应用

摘要 同步电动机在拖动大功率生产机械方面,比异步电动机更加适合,因此广泛应用在各行各业。而励磁系统是同步电动机实现同步的保障,因此做好励磁系统的实时准确测量,对保证同步电动机正常运行就显得尤为重要。三冗余测量技术以三模冗余为基础,采用硬件冗余软件判断的方式对励磁系统的相关参数进行测量,提高了测量系统的可靠性、稳定性和安全性。从基本原理,总体结构和表决机制三个方面介绍了三冗余测量技术。 Synchronous motor is widely used in various industries as it is more suitable for driving high-power production machinery than asynchronous motor.The excitation system is the guarantee of synchronous motor,so the real-time and accurate measurement of excitation system is very important to ensure the normal operation of synchronous motors.Based on three module redundancy,three-redundancy measurement technology measures the parameters of excitation system with the mode of hardware redundancy software,which improves the reliability,stability and security of the measurement system.This paper introduces three-redundancy measurement technology from three aspects of basic principle,overall structure and voting mechanism.
