摘要 某厂4#汽轮发电机4#轴承轴向振动大,现场检查无异常,对发电机转子做好在线动平衡后,开机振动依旧大,取下所加平衡块再开机振动恢复正常,之后多次发生此类现象。经过详细诊断分析,原因归结于发电机转子部件松动,将发电机转子送制造厂,对绝缘垫块进行了部分更换与固定处理,并做了转子高速动平衡,安装投运后机组运行正常。 The No.4 bearing of No.4 steam turbine generator in some plant suffered excessive axial vibration,and no abnormality was found in on-site inspection.After online dynamic balance of the generator rotor was completed,the vibration was still large when the machine was started.After the balance weight was removed,the vibration was restored to normal when the machine was started,and such phenomenon occurred many times.After detailed diagnosis and analysis,the reason was attributed to the looseness of the rotor parts in the generator.The rotor of the generator was sent to the manufacturer,and the insulating pad was partially replaced and fixed while the a high speed dynamic balance of the rotor was conducted.After installation and operation,the unit has operated normally.
