摘要
阐述了高炉煤气管道及附属设施的腐蚀状况,分析了腐蚀原因,以及常规防腐方法的主要不足。根据公司实际情况,提出了使用煤气管道高效保护剂进行管道防腐缓蚀的工艺技术,并进行了现场应用,效果达到了预期。
The corrosion state of the blast furnace gas pipeline and auxiliary facilities is described.The causes of corrosion and the main shortcomings of conventional anti-corrosion methods are analyzed.According to the actual situation of the company,the technology of using high-efficiency protective agent for gas pipeline corrosion prevention and inhibition was put forward and on-site trial and application were carried out,which has achieved expected result.
